Technology Interventions & Partnerships Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and impact-driven professional with a strong background in technology for social good. The Technology Interventions & Partnerships Officer will be responsible for identifying, implementing, and managing technology-based solutions that enhance our social impact programs. The candidate will also play a key role in developing strategic partnerships with technology providers, innovation networks, academic institutions, and government bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technology Interventions:
  1. Identify appropriate technology solutions to address challenges in the organization’s focus areas (e.g., agriculture, education, health, sustainability, livelihoods).
  2. Collaborate with program teams to design and pilot innovative, scalable tech-based models and tools.
  3. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of technology interventions and recommend improvements.
  4. Support the digitization of internal processes, MIS tools, dashboards, and data analytics systems.
• Partnership Development:
  1. Identify and onboard relevant technology partners including startups, research institutions, social enterprises, and CSR/tech donors.
  2. Liaise with technology vendors to negotiate terms and ensure smooth implementation of solutions.
  3. Build and manage collaborative projects with academic and corporate partners.
  4. Represent the organization in technology forums, roundtables, and strategic dialogues.
• Research, Documentation & Reporting:
  1. Conduct technology landscape studies and needs assessments in program areas.
  2. Develop proposals, concept notes, and MoUs for technology collaborations.
  3. Document case studies, best practices, and learnings from tech interventions.

• 4–5 years of relevant experience in technology implementation or partnerships, preferably in the development or social impact sector.
• Proven experience in working with multi-stakeholder partnerships (startups, NGOs, governments, tech companies).

• Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Social Innovation, Development Studies, or a related field.
• Skills & Competencies:
  1. Knowledge of ICT for development, digital platforms, MIS, and tech-enabled service delivery models.
  2. Strong project management and communication skills.
  3. Passion for social innovation and inclusive technology adoption.
• Preferred Skills:
  1. Familiarity with government schemes, public-private partnership models, and CSR funding frameworks.
  2. Experience with data visualization tools, GIS mapping, or open-source digital platforms.
  3. Ability to work in a cross-functional team with diverse stakeholders.
