Job Description
We are seeking dynamic and committed State-Level EDP Coordinators with prior experience in the social impact or development sector. The coordinator will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring Entrepreneurship Development Programs (EDPs) at the state level. This role demands strong coordination with partners, trainers, field teams, government stakeholders, and entrepreneurs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end planning and execution of EDPs across the state.
- Liaise with local NGOs, training institutions, and government departments for mobilization and implementation.
- Ensure timely curriculum delivery, trainer allocation, logistics, and training effectiveness.
- Monitor participant progress, maintain documentation, and report impact outcomes to the central team.
- Conduct regular field visits and stakeholder meetings to ensure program alignment and compliance.
- Collect and analyze data for periodic reporting and process improvement.
- Assist in the identification and onboarding of mentors, resource persons, and domain experts.
- Facilitate post-training handholding, linkage to markets, credit, and government schemes.
Experience
- 2 to 3 years of experience in coordinating field-level or training programs in the development sector.
- Prior exposure to EDP or livelihood promotion initiatives (preferred)
- Experience in working with rural or grassroots entrepreneurship promotion initiatives (preferred)
Requirement
- Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Rural Development, Management, or related fields.
- Skills & Competencies:
1. Strong communication and coordination skills with field and administrative stakeholders
2. Proficiency in local language and working knowledge of English
3. Good documentation, reporting, and digital tools proficiency (MS Office, Google Suite)
4. Willingness to travel extensively within the state - Preferred Attributes:
1. Familiarity with government livelihood schemes and startup ecosystems - Location: Karnataka/Bengaluru
