We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented DPR Executive to support our social impact projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and coordinating comprehensive project reports, gathering data from the field, collaborating with internal teams, and presenting project insights in a clear and professional format. This role is crucial to ensure documentation accuracy and drive funding or partnership opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, compile, and analyze data required for preparing Detailed Project Reports (DPRs).
- Coordinate with field teams, local authorities, and community stakeholders to gather primary inputs.
- Draft DPRs aligned with the organization’s mission, project goals, and funder requirements.
- Ensure reports are accurate, well-structured, and submitted within the deadlines.
- Conduct field visits to verify data and document real-time project implementation.
- Work closely with project managers, monitoring & evaluation teams, and finance departments for report inputs.
- Translate or summarize field information in Kannada and prepare bilingual documentation where needed.
- Assist in creating presentations and documentation for internal reviews and external stakeholders.
- Maintain organized documentation and version control of reports.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in project reporting, documentation, or MIS
- Exposure to NGO, CSR, or development-sector projects
- Qualification: B.Com or any graduate (preference for localites)
- Languages: Kannada (mandatory), English and Hindi (preferred)
- Skills & Competencies:
1. Strong verbal and written communication in Kannada
2. Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with rural communities and officials
3. Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and report formatting tools
4. Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and work with minimum supervision
5. Willingness to travel to field project locations as needed - Preferred Attributes:
1. Local resident or familiarity with the region’s geography and community structure
2. Passion for social impact and community development - Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
