CSR Fundraising Professional

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated CSR Fundraising Professional to join our team dedicated to social impact and sustainability. The ideal candidate will bring 1–2 years of hands-on experience in CSR fundraising, along with strong skills in content development, proposal writing, and stakeholder engagement. The role requires close collaboration with the COO/Head – CSR and active outreach to corporate CSR teams, NGOs, and government departments. Local candidates with proficiency in Kannada and a strong understanding of the CSR ecosystem are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• CSR Fundraising & Partnership Development:
  1. Identify and approach prospective CSR partners, donors, foundations, and government departments.
  2. Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate CSR teams and government stakeholders.
  3. Represent the organization at fundraising meetings, presentations, and CSR/networking events.
• Proposal & Content Writing:
  1. Draft compelling CSR, NGO, and Government proposals aligned with the organization’s mission and impact goals, as per the guidance of COO.
  2. Collaborate with COO, digital teams and internal teams to prepare budgets, project outlines, and impact documentation.
  3. Create written content for brochures, reports, and online platforms related to CSR and sustainability initiatives.
• Coordination with Digital Marketing Team:
  1. Provide content inputs for social media, newsletters, and digital campaigns.
  2. Help showcase success stories, case studies, and on-ground impact through coordinated storytelling.
• Donor & Stakeholder Communication:
  1. Manage follow-ups, donor queries, and reporting for ongoing and potential partnerships.
  2. Maintain accurate donor records, documentation, and fundraising MIS.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in CSR/government fundraising.
• Experience in organizing meetings, drafting impactful proposals, and preparing donor reports.

• Education: Graduate, preferably with a specialization or strong interest in the social development sector.
• Skills & Competencies:
  1. Strong skills in proposal writing, email communication, and content creation.
  2. Ability to perform consistent, professional follow-ups and maintain detailed fundraising records.
  3. Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence to interact with senior stakeholders.
  4. Fluency in Kannada (desirable) and good command of English.
  5. Basic knowledge of CSR law and compliance preferred.
  6. Self-driven, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
  7. Willingness to travel as needed for meetings or field research.
• Preferred Qualities:
  1. Local candidate familiar with the regional CSR, NGO, and government ecosystem.
  2. Understanding of digital campaigns, branding, or social media strategy is a plus.
