We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cluster Manager to lead and oversee the execution of development projects within a designated cluster. The ideal candidate must bring 5+ years of relevant experience in the social impact space, with a proven track record of managing teams, implementing large-scale field projects, and driving community engagement aligned with government schemes, policies, and developmental frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of social development projects in the assigned cluster.
- Ensure alignment with government policies, welfare schemes, and compliance frameworks.
- Coordinate and manage teams of field staff, community workers, and partner organizations.
- Build strong relationships with local government bodies, Panchayati Raj Institutions, and stakeholders.
- Facilitate policy awareness, capacity building, and information dissemination at the grassroots level.
- Monitor project performance through regular field visits, documentation, data analysis, and reporting.
- Strategically plan interventions based on community needs and government development priorities.
- Identify opportunities for scaling programs and securing additional government or CSR support.
- Ensure timely and quality submission of progress reports, case studies, and impact assessments.
- Conduct regular reviews, meetings, and workshops for program learning and course correction.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role in social impact or development sector projects.
- Demonstrated experience in field coordination, stakeholder management, and impact measurement.
- Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and work in diverse socio-cultural environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Rural Development, Public Policy, or related field.
- Location: Bengaluru
- Language: Fluency in English and local/regional language(s).
